There are lots of ways to learn how to self-tap. There are many resources out there that promise to get you tapping within minutes. While this is true to some degree since you can learn the basic tapping sequence in that amount of time, there is a serious problem with that notion. SO many of us in the EFT tapping world have worked hard to dispel the idea that you don’t need training beyond watching a five minute video or reading one short article about how to tap.
It’s kind of like buying your technologically-challenged elderly relative a brand new smart phone, tablet or some kind of technology they’ve never used and then sitting down with them and showing them how to use it for about 15 minutes, and then expecting them to be proficient with it on their own right after that.
As you can imagine, it would be limiting. They won’t really understand how much there is to it, nor will they be able to use it to even a fraction of its full potential. Not even close! They have no idea what it’s even capable of! And then when something goes wrong or they can’t get it to do something they want, they blame the technology!
